The Wedding Weekend
All eight retreats, for the people you love most.
Your closest family and friends stay with you for the whole weekend, across all eight retreats, sleeping up to 16 guests. Welcome drinks on arrival, the wedding itself, and a slow brunch on the grounds the next morning. From the ceremony onwards, the estate closes to the public and the celebration is yours.
The Ceremony
Say yes by the water.
Exchange vows on the edge of Moulting Lagoon, among the vines of Kitty's Mistake, or wherever the light falls best.
The Barn
Six-metre ceilings. Room to celebrate.
Our black barn-style event space has soaring ceilings, polished concrete floors and wide views across the estate. Seated weddings for 60 to 140 guests, or a cocktail celebration for more.
Dining by WADE
Cooked over fire, shared at the long table.
WADE, our restaurant on the estate, caters every wedding. Chef Wade Fordham cooks over open fire with produce from Tasmania's East Coast, from canapés after the ceremony to a long, generous reception dinner. Beverage packages are tailored to your day, with our own Kitty's Mistake wines alongside the best of Tasmania.
Elopements & Intimate Weddings
Just the two of you.
For smaller celebrations, a private dining space at the cellar door sets the scene for long lunches and candlelit dinners, with a retreat on the water to come home to.

Every wedding is different. Sometimes it isn't about ticking boxes, and you want something a little different. We understand weddings, and we'll work with you to shape a celebration that feels like yours.
