As Friendly Beaches sits within the national park, a valid parks pass is required for vehicle access. Passes can be purchased online or at the Freycinet Visitor Centre.

Friendly Beaches is ideal for long beach walks, relaxed picnics or simply sitting by the water and taking in the view. There are no lifeguards and very little development, which adds to its sense of quiet and natural beauty. Visitors are encouraged to respect the conditions and enjoy the beach mindfully.
