White peach and grapefruit pith with bright acidity. Subtle French oak brings notes of vanilla and oatmeal, creating a soft, textured finish.
Fruit from two East Coast vineyards, partly hand picked and whole bunch pressed. A portion was barrel fermented with regular lees stirring to build texture and complexity, while the rest was fermented in stainless steel to keep it fresh. Matured in French oak for six months.
